What does a loan cost?
APR
APR is an abbreviation for annual percentage cost. It includes all costs related to a loan such as interest, fees, origination fees, etc.
The APR is determined, among other things, by the term of the loan. A short maturity gives a higher APR, while a long maturity gives a lower APR.
APR tells you what a loan will actually cost.
Loan calculator
At first glance, the offer of an interest-free loan may seem like a good deal. But when you use a loan calculator, you may be sorely disappointed to find that the total cost of an interest-free loan may be lower than a loan with interest. Precisely because a loan calculator takes all the related costs into account.
For example, an interest-free loan may have a much higher origination fee, administration fee or other fees. A loan calculator can therefore be a valuable tool for comparing different loan offers.
What does a loan from Qred Bank cost?
At Qred Bank, we have chosen to operate with a fixed monthly fee. This means that you only pay installments on your business loan and a fixed monthly fee. You also avoid unpredictable interest rates or hidden fees.
At Qred, all applications are processed individually through a credit assessment and an overall assessment of your and your company's financial health. The overall assessment determines how much you can borrow and your monthly fee. As we have customers with loans of both 50,000 DKK and 1,500,000 DKK, it is therefore not possible to give an estimate of what a monthly fee might be for you.
With a loan offer from Qred, you can't calculate the APR. But with our fixed monthly fee, you can still see what the total cost of a loan will be.
